Salaries: as per minimum wages act:

  • Minimum wages will be the main criteria in framing the salaries
  • For any changes in Minimum wage by state government client will implement it immediately

Reimbursements: Reimbursement process is one of the ongoing tedious tasks for an organization, but we have come up with the best solution. Admire will provide its services for reimbursement process with nominal service charges.

Labour License: Labour License fees as well as out of pocket expenses will be borne by client if applicable.

  • Monthly Pay slips to employees (Soft Copy)
  • Issuing ID Cards, if required by the client

  • Employee Help Desk-Telephonic/E-Mail support from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm on all working days.
  • Complete MIS of all associates is maintained at our end
